We develop a database for each of
our call centre clients (which is included in the set-up
costs). This is more than adequate for monitoring the
success of a campaign and capturing basic information.
However, many of our clients require far more comprehensive
information such a buying patterns, marketing sectors,
trends etc.
Design
We will work in consultation with your team to design
a database for your specific needs. We will spend time
at your premises talking to relevant members of staff
to ensure that they have an opportunity to input their
ideas.
Development
When the initial design has been agreed, we will continue
to work with your team to ensure that the database is
developed and updated in line with your company’s requirements.
Management
Once the database if fully operational we will continue
to update and manage your database on an ongoing basis
at an agreed fee. Alternatively, we can train a member
of your staff to take over this function, and if necessary,
provide a consultative back-up service.
