QT Communications is an inbound and
outbound call centre based in the centre of Redditch
in Worcestershire.
We are a new division of a long established
company, and our commitment to provide a high quality
UK based service, combined with a strong desire to keep
call centres personal, means that the customer is always
put first. We operate from purpose built, air-conditioned
premises and have invested heavily in the latest telecommunication
technology.
We know that our customers will benefit
if we have good staff that stay with us and learn about
your business; so we look after our people. We have
Investors in People accreditation and our strong background
in training enables us to provide well-trained and motivated
teams to work on developing your business and building
your reputation. Staff turnover is currently running
at less that 5%.
Our investment in technology means
that we capture the data that you need to be proactive
in your business. We can produce meaningful reports
at the “touch of a button” on a daily, weekly
or monthly basis.
Our staff training is not just confined
to induction, but is an on-going process. Staff receive
a mixture of on-the-job and off-the-job training, their
performance is monitored on a weekly basis, and staff
are encouraged to work towards formal call centre qualifications.
Coaching and counselling feature heavily in the support
we offer our staff.
As part of our continuous improvement
processes we are working towards accreditation by the
Call Centre Association.
