Our client runs a successful internet
services business.
Whilst they have resource to handle
their incoming phone calls in normal circumstances they
need extra cover in specific circumstances. In these
cases they switch their phone lines through to QT who
answer calls in their name, handle simple queries and
sales transactions and take messages which are forwarded
to the client by email or SMS text message.
This facility is used to enable the
client to conduct training sessions and hold team meetings
without reducing service levels to the client. It also
allows them to "take a breather" when an abnormally
high call level is experienced. this way they can clear
exisiting issues before picking up another batch of
requests which have been stacked up ready by QT.
It is even used one Fiday afternoon
per month to allow the client to hold a team building
activity such as ten pin bowling, clay pigeon shooting
or karting. This brings great benefits to the team and
would be impossible without the backup provided by QT.
