Financial Advisor in the West Midlands. Due to the long
duration of some of the products provided they are obliged
to keep records of insurance policies, pensions, etc
for many years.
Up till now these records were kept
in filing cabinets in the client's offices thereby consuming
large amounts of expensive office space. To solve this
problem QT are methodically working through these archives
scanning the documents and saving them to CD-ROM.
As each filing cabinet is completed
it is moved offsite to secure yet low cost storage,
saving costs and releasing office space for more appropriate
and lucrative uses.
When the data needs to be accessed
it can be accessed from the CD-ROM and on the rare occasion
when original documents are required they can be extracted
from the offsite archive.
This service is suitable for a wide
range of professions, particularly those in town centre
